Top Hispanics of the Decade | Nina Vaca

Hispanic Engineer magazine’s Top Hispanics of the Decade list features some of the most influential people in business. Nina Vaca is chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Group, which offers IT hardware, software, and networking services throughout the United States.

In 2015 and 2018, Pinnacle was named the fastest-growing woman-owned company in the country. Pinnacle Group has been included on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fasting growing companies thirteen times.

Vaca is particularly focused on expanding opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields for women and Hispanics.  Along with financial support, Pinnacle Group provides career training and internship opportunities to high school and college students.

In 2014, Vaca was appointed by the White House as a Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship. More recently ALPFA (the Association of Latino Professionals For America) named her to the 2019 Most Powerful Latinas list. Vaca was also ranked in the top 5 of FORTUNE magazine’s 50 Most Powerful Latinas in America.
