Education Loan Finance ELFI), a Tennessee-based company designed to assist borrowers with loan refinancing as well as undergraduate, graduate, and parent-private student loans, recently compiled a list of scholarships for engineering students and those in science, technology, and math fields.

The scholarship opportunities include the Hispanic Scholars Consortium, Science Ambassador Scholarship, American Meteorological Society (AMS) Scholarship for Underserved Communities, EPP/MSI Undergraduate Scholarship Program managed by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the McDonald’s HACER scholarship, IO Scholarships, and FastWeb, a large database of scholarships that you can search to find programs that you could be eligible for. Apply now for Great Minds in STEM 2023-2024 Scholarships Great Minds in STEM (GMiS) has announced its scholarship portal is open and accepting applications through April 30. To apply for the GMiS STEM Scholarship, applicants must be enrolled in a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) undergraduate or graduate.

Scholarships, grants, and awards for HSI students The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU has announced a partnership with the Ford Motor Company Fund to offer a limited number of grants to college students needing emergency relief. The Ford Economic Mobility Grants are for the fall 2023 session.

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has announced a partnership with Cricket Wireless to award scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students at HACU-member institutions. A total of 10 ($1,000) Cricket Wireless Scholarships will be awarded.

The McDonald’s HACER® National Scholarship is one of the largest programs committed to college scholarships and resources for Hispanics, giving students the golden opportunity to receive up to $100,000 for their education. Since 1985, the program has awarded more than $33 million in scholarships to more than 17,000 students.
