As a developer lead, Dominique is now instrumental in training college hires and is a mentor for junior developers. Recently, she participated in a “Code for Good” event, which brainstormed solutions for health, wellness, and children’s education with software-based games.

During a golf competition organized by the Special Olympics, her team of volunteers was able to raise funds for people with intellectual and physical disabilities. She also helped fund the annual General Motors (GM) family picnic event and partnered with colleagues to run the ice cream cart within the GM Information Technology office in Arizona.

In the community, she has helped with the packaging and distribution of care packages that were supplied to families by Feed My Starving Children and St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance.
