Miami Dade College has shared photos of its program at eMerge Americas 2019. ” Thank you, everyone, who joined us at eMerge Americas 2019! It was another successful year of showcasing our innovation, trailblazing technology and entrepreneurial programs,” the caption read on Facebook. In an announcement leading up to the event, Miami Dade College said that MDC students will take center stage at the event held April 29-30, at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
The photos show MDC’s partnership with the Tesla START Automotive Technician Program that is scheduled to begin at MDC in Fall 2019. A Tesla Model X car was available for attendees to sit in to enjoy the experience of the high-tech, electric luxury vehicle.
Also on display were MDC’s Idea Center, Makers Lab, Miami Animation & Gaming International Complex (MAGIC), Miami Fashion Institute, School of Entertainment and Design Technology, School of Engineering, Technology and Design, and the Virtual College, School of Education, and School of Science.
