How to land an Internship in 2020

POSTED ON Dec 16, 2019

In partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), Apple is offering a $15,000 merit-based scholarship and a chance to participate in a 12-week internship. The Apple HBCU Immersion experience will take place in Cupertino, California during the Spring semester of 2020, and the scholarship will help defray the costs of college tuition, mandatory fees, room and board, books and supplies.

Eligible students should be working towards a degree in an undergraduate, Masters, or Ph.D. program. Graduate students, undergraduate sophomores, juniors, or seniors pursuing a fifth year of study are all welcome to apply. The program has opportunities for students in a variety of disciplines, and the selection process aims to assess critical soft skills that enable success, coupled with technical ability.

Each scholar will participate in a 12-week internship with Apple, various leadership development activities to help prepare for post-graduation careers, receive on-going coaching and guidance from an experienced Apple employee, and serve as Ambassadors on their HBCU campuses to build awareness for the Apple and TMCF HBCU Initiative

Visit the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) website to complete the Apple HBCU Scholars application.
