The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI), which provides educational programs and services to students and young Latino leaders, has announced events that will kick off Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations.
According to the CHCI, the virtual awards gala on September 21 will recognize the contributions of essential workers, highlight Hispanic Caucus Members in Congress, and showcase leaders in CHCI leadership programs.
The Leadership Conference will run from September 14 to 18, and the theme this year is Our Voice, Nuestro Poder. The conference will include interactive discussions as well as professional and leadership development opportunities for all participants.
