The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute’s R2L NextGen Program is an all-expense paid summer leadership experience designed just for Latino high school students who dream of visiting Washington D.C., and, learning about how government works, and meeting key leaders in their community. R2L® NextGen is for current high school sophomores and juniors.

Apply before Sunday, February 17, 2019, at 11:59 pm EST for the weeklong leadership and civic engagement program scheduled between June 23-28, 2019 and July 14-19, 2019.

CHCI will bring two groups of Latino students to Washington, D.C. to meet key leaders, visit historic sites, and develop a deeper understanding of how they can affect positive change in their communities and their nation.

The program is completely FREE of charge to all selected student participants.
