Earlier this month, the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) announced several scholarships. The deadline for most of them is May 19 or later.
The Apple Pathways Academy scholarship is open to computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering students. Applications are on May 19.
The AISES A.T. Anderson Scholarship is open to those pursuing any STEM-related degree, including architecture, mathematics, medical sciences, physical sciences, technology, nursing, engineering, and natural resources
Applicants for the AISES Aristocrat Scholarship must be pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, software development, electrical engineering, finance, human resources, supply chain, and related fields.
Students interested in the AISES Chevron Scholarship must be majoring in computer engineering, computer science, geology, geophysics, petrophysics, petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, construction management, civil engineering, industrial engineering, materials engineering/science, naval architecture, environmental engineering, occupational health & safety, and industrial hygiene.
There is also the AISES Intel Growing The Legacy Scholarship Program, which requires applicants to major in different engineering fields, including applied mechanics, chemical, electrical, electronics, industrial, mechanical, and optical.
The AISES 3M Scholarship is open to biology, medical sciences, physical science, computer science, or natural resources students. In addition, students taking courses in web design and development, audio technology, Information Technology, Communications, and related fields are encouraged to apply to the AISES ARDC Scholarship Program.
Other scholarships available include the AISES Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) Foundation Scholarship for business and finance majors and those in the supply chain, construction, and agro-industries.
The AISES Environmental Science Associates (ESA) Scholarship is open to students pursuing a science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM) or planning degree in California, Florida, Oregon, or Washington state.
The AISES GeoComply Scholarship program is seeking applicants majoring in:

The AISES Society of Professional Engineering Employees in Aerospace (SPEEA) Scholarship is open to applicants pursuing a degree in engineering or other high-demand degrees that supports professional and technical careers in the aerospace industry. Click here for more information.
