The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has announced a partnership with Cricket Wireless to award scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students at HACU-member institutions. A total of 10 ($1,000) Cricket Wireless Scholarships will be awarded.

The Cricket Wireless Scholarships are part of fall 2023 opportunities available through the HACU Scholarship Program. The scholarships are available to all majors who are full-time graduate or undergraduate students and attend a two- or four-year HACU-member institution. Applications will be accepted until May 1. In related news, AT&T’s Hispanic/Latino employee group, HACEMOS, is now accepting applications for the 2023-2024 HACEMOS scholarship program. The scholarship program awards grants of $1,500 to two-year college students and $2,500 to four-year college students. The deadline to apply for the scholarship is March 2.

Applicants can be high school seniors, graduates, or undergrads who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two-year or four-year college or university in the United States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, or any other U.S. territory for the entire 2023-24 academic year. Dominion Energy has established a scholarship program to assist students who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.

According to Dominion, the program is administered by Scholarship America, the nation’s largest manager of tuition assistance and other education support programs for corporations, foundations, associations, and individuals.

Applicants to the Dominion Energy Educational Equity Scholarship Program must reside in one of the following states: Connecticut, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Idaho, Wyoming, or Utah. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent). The deadline to apply is January 25. Click here for more information.
