Since 1995, Women of Color magazine’s science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) conference has been the forum of choice for women in STEM. This year’s event will be held from October 7-9.
During the digital meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to interact with successful people in STEM and students will learn the next critical steps in forging their own STEM careers. To register, visit WOC DTX 2021: “Reset to Rise. It’s A New Day!”
The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) offers American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, or Indigenous students from Canada an opportunity to meet researchers, practitioners, and leaders currently engaged in STEM studies and careers.
Students enrolled in a program leading to a degree in a STEM field, college advisors, students, and professionals are active participants. They explore the role of STEM in meeting the challenges of a global society and expand the opportunities of young professionals in STEM.
The event also includes a college and career fair, research competitions, networking, talking circles, and more.
The 2021 AISES National Conference will be held September 23-25 in Phoenix, Arizona.
