Universal Orlando Resort has announced that its brand-new theme park, Universal Epic Universe, began guest previews on April 17, allowing select guests to experience the park before its official opening on May 22.
According to the press release, chosen guests can preview the theme park as preparations continue for the grand opening. Starting April 17, Annual and Seasonal Passholders, active 2025 Military Freedom Pass ticket holders, Universal Rewards Signature VISA Card members, and guests staying at any Universal Orlando hotel can purchase tickets for access during the preview period.
Additional audiences can buy tickets for the previews in the coming weeks.
These guests will be among the first to explore the most immersive theme park, enjoying thrilling attractions, breathtaking entertainment, exceptional dining, and themed shopping across five imaginative worlds: Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
Universal Orlando also accepts reservations for its newest hotel, the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel, for arrivals beginning April 16.
Located adjacent to Universal Epic Universe, this majestic 500-room Mediterranean-style hotel offers a unique blend of immersion and relaxation, providing guests a remarkable stay away from the new theme park.
Guests can take advantage of various incredible amenities, including a selection of dining options such as Flora Taverna, Aurora Market, and Lotus Lagoon; a resort-style zero-entry pool, a hot tub, and well-appointed poolside cabanas; a fitness center, a game room, and popular merchandise from the Universal Studios Store.
The top floor offers stunning views of Universal Epic Universe and food and beverage options.
Additionally, Universal Orlando Resort has unveiled a variety of merchandise available for purchase during visits to the groundbreaking Universal Epic Universe theme park, set to open on May 22, 2025, officially.
Visitors can shop from over 20 immersive retail locations within the park, offering a range of new and popular merchandise, including apparel, headwear, collectibles, and more inspired by the imaginative worlds of Epic Universe, which includes The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, SUPER NINTENDO WORLD, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.
