Sosa also is founding Partner of MPOWER Ventures and CEO of MPOWER Labs. He founded the socially committed venture fund and affiliated business accelerator with his brother Bertrand.

Sosa is a co-founder of NetSpend Corporation, which serves millions of unbanked Americans.
