Over the past decade, Hispanic Engineer magazine featured hundreds of leaders in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields in its annual lists. The Top Hispanics of the Decade list includes the men and women who made the STEM lists every year. Anthony “Tony” R. Jimenez, founder, chairman, and CEO of MicroTech, heads one of the largest Hispanic-owned information technology (IT) Integrators in the nation.
An important part of Tony’s commitment is his effort to advance STEM initiatives for young people in America. In April 2016, he was named to the STEMconnector® List of 100 CEO Leaders in STEM. This list features some of the top CEOs in the nation who offer their unique perspective on the issues facing America’s STEM workforce.
He was also the recipient of the 2016 Hispanic Heritage Foundation Award for Technology, one of the highest honors for Hispanics by Hispanics.
