Issue 2 of “First Woman” reveals what’s next for Callie and her crewmates as they use their training to overcome obstacles on the Moon.

Commander Callie Rodriguez introduced herself over a year ago as the new host of the NASA Artemis account.

She couldn’t believe she now had the opportunity to share her journey of becoming the “First Woman” astronaut on the Moon, at least in the comic book universe.

Even as a little girl, she was fascinated by the Moon, which she first saw in a photo taken from the International Space Station.

Callie was fortunate enough to have parents and teachers who encouraged her to pursue her passions, from working on cars with her dad in his mechanic shop to playing soccer and learning about space.

If you want to know more about her journey, click here to download, read, listen, or explore the app to stay up-to-date with the latest adventures of Callie Rodriguez.
