The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has announced several scholarships this spring. There is still time to apply for HACU and Corteva Agriscience scholarships. Apply by May 31, 2025, to take advantage of this opportunity.

The United Health Foundation Health Care Scholars United Scholarship program, administered by HACU, has 95 scholarships for $5,000 available. The application deadline is also May 31st.

Through a partnership with Home Depot, HACU is offering 24 scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students at HACU-member institutions.

Title V of the Higher Education Act defines Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) as not-for-profit institutions of higher learning with a full-time equivalent undergraduate student enrollment of at least 25 percent Hispanic.

Students must be enrolled for the spring 2025 semester/quarter and intend to enroll in the fall 2025 semester/quarter at a two-year or four-year HACU-member institution in the U.S. or Puerto Rico.

Applicants must also pursue finance, business, entrepreneurship, communications, engineering, mathematics, economics, information, and computer science degrees, demonstrate financial need, and be eligible for federal financial aid.

The deadline to submit applications is June 2, 2025.

If you are enrolled at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, or the University of North Texas (Main Campus/Denton), you may be eligible to apply for a scholarship worth $5,000. You can use the Sands Hospitality Advancement Scholarship opportunity.

HACU and Café Bustelo have partnered for more than a decade to offer financial aid to eligible students. Apply for one of the twenty-five $5,000 El Café del Futuro #Scholarships today. The deadline to submit applications is June 30, 2025.

NAFSA: Association of International Educators is a non-profit professional organization serving individuals involved in international education.

This includes education abroad advising and administration, international student advising, campus internationalization, admissions, outreach, overseas advising, and English as a Second Language.

The organization represents over 10,000 educators worldwide from nearly 3,000 higher education institutions.

The NAFSA 2025 Annual Conference & Expo will feature various events, including conference sessions, the NAFSA International Education Expo, NAFSA Signature Programs, plenary sessions, spotlight presenters, poster fairs, peer engagement activities, special celebrations, and networking opportunities.

Participants will discover partnerships, resources, and solutions that their institutions or organizations need.

The conference goals include sharing lessons learned and diverse perspectives, exploring innovative approaches, advocating for the well-being of all individuals, emphasizing the global importance of social justice and access, and highlighting the significance of inclusive internationalization for long-term impact on campuses and in local and international communities.
