Attendees at the National Conference for McNair Scholars and Undergraduate Research in College Park, Maryland, will have opportunities to network, learn about graduate school programs, and hear from distinguished guests and panelists.
The theme is “Global Impact: Scholarship, Leadership, and Excellence,” and the event will feature workshops, social gatherings, and meetings with McNair staff.
Over 50 top graduate schools will be represented at the Graduate School Fair.
Each year, the conference highlights a series of award-winning academics in the field of research, providing participants with motivation, inspiration, and guidance.
This year’s workshop series will include a McNair Graduate Student Panel, strategies for student success in the post-COVID college environment, graduate fellowships for Ph.D. applicants, strategies for developing a competitive graduate school personal statement, and using artificial intelligence (AI) in research.
Undergraduate students will present their research work and network with professionals in their field at the National Conference for McNair Scholars and Undergraduate Research.
Attendees will also learn about graduate school programs, hear from distinguished guests and panelists, and enjoy the sense of community that McNair programs around the country share.
