Save the date for this week’s Para Ella Symposium and Mujeres Brillantes Awards Ceremony

Prospanica has started the countdown to the Para Ella Symposium and Mujeres Brillantes Awards Ceremony. Community partners who help create these events of celebration, connection, and empowerment were recognized on social media this week.

They include the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, Latinas in Tech – San Diego Chapter, and Pepperdine Latinx MBA Connexion, all dedicated to uplifting Latina professionals, providing access, and building community.

Save the date for the Para Ella Symposium at Pepperdine University on Friday, July 25, and the Mujeres Brillantes Awards at City Club Los Angeles on Saturday, July 26.

Prospanica has announced that the Para Ella Symposium will take place on July 25 at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Malibu, California. According to the event flyer, the symposium will be led by expert faculty from Pepperdine and industry leaders.

This symposium is designed to inspire and elevate Latina professionals in the business and leadership sectors.

The event will feature keynotes, learning sessions, breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Graziadio Business School’s Center for Women in Leadership.

Additionally, the sixth annual Mujeres Brillantes Awards Ceremony will be held on July 26 at the City Club in Los Angeles, California. This ceremony celebrates the achievements of Latinas in business who break barriers and inspire future generations.

Sponsors of the event include the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Thrivent, and Verizon.

Community partners include Latina Professionals, the Society of Hispanic Engineers (SHPE) – Los Angeles Professional Chapter, Techqueria in Tech, a 25,000-strong community empowering Latiné professionals to thrive in the tech industry, and the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.

Prospanica, formerly known as the National Society of Hispanic MBAs, is a nonprofit organization founded in 1988. Headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, it serves over 30,000 members through 48 chapters across the United States and Puerto Rico.
