Pinnacle Group is fastest-growing Woman-Owned American company

Every year, the Women Presidents’ Organization announces its rankings of the fastest-growing women-owned/led companies in the country. This year, the WPO named Pinnacle Group the Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Company in the country, making it one of only two companies to be named #1 twice in the history of WPO rankings.

The workforce solutions firm, founded and led by Nina Vaca,  earned the top ranking in 2015 and was named among the top two in 2016 and 2017.

Pinnacle Group Chairman and CEO Nina Vaca accepted the award at the WPO Conference.

n her mid-20s, Vaca founded Pinnacle Group on the living room floor of her apartment and has since developed it into one of the largest Latina-owned workforce solutions providers in America. Pinnacle offers IT staffing and consulting, solutions to manage contingent workforces, and customized payrolling.

The Women Presidents’ Organization is a membership nonprofit that champions women entrepreneurs. Businesses considered for the 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies list must have generated at least $500,000 in revenue per year since 2013.
