HACU scholarship program aims to support and encourage students

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has announced that, with support from the Deloitte Foundation, 68 eligible undergraduate students from HACU-member institutions will receive a scholarship of $2,500 per student per semester, renewable for up to four semesters. 

These scholarships are part of the 2024-25 HACU Scholarship Program.

The Deloitte Foundation-funded scholarships are available to undergraduate students majoring in various fields, including computer science, computer systems, cybersecurity, data analytics/business analytics, economics, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, finance, information systems, management information systems, mathematics, statistics, and technology.

The 2024-2025 Deloitte Foundation HACU Scholars come from the following institutions:

– Inter American University of Puerto Rico, Metro Campus
– University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez
– San Diego State University
– Dominican University of New York
– University of Houston
– The University of the South
– Dominican University of California
– University of California, San Diego
– University of Southern California
– Illinois Institute of Technology
– The University of Tennessee, Knoxville
– University of Central Florida
– Florida International University
– Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Puerto Rico
– University of Nevada, Las Vegas
– Queens College, CUNY
– Arizona State University
– Mount Holyoke College
– California State University, San Bernardino
