The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) has announced the 10th Annual Deans’ Forum on Hispanic Higher Education will take place online on Oct. 28. The forum offers deans from colleges and universities across the country an opportunity to dialogue on the state of Hispanic higher education.
Speakers and discussions will focus on the theme, “Deans as Transformative Agents: Improving Hispanic Graduation Rates, Fundraising, and Industry Partnerships.”

Prior to his administrative appointments, Dr. Jiménez-Sandoval taught at Fresno State for almost 15 years. His area of expertise is Spanish and Portuguese poetry, and he has published on authors from Cuba, Mexico, Spain, and Portugal. His commitment to student success is evident in his successful direction of 30 M.A. theses and numerous M.A. projects.
