Since 2015, Sallie Mae has awarded students over $300,000 in scholarships nationwide. The $2,000 No-Essay Scholarship Sweepstakes is open to residents of all fifty states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories.
To apply, visit the application portal and provide your high school graduation year, your upcoming level of study, and the college or university you will be attending or are currently attending.
If you’re still deciding, you may select “Undecided.”
Additionally, you can sign up to receive text updates about planning and paying for college.
These texts include information on scholarships, college searches, financial aid, loans, and other relevant content for students. Just so you know, the $2,000 No-Essay Scholarship Sweepstakes deadlines are the last day of each month from May through December 2025.

Besides its $2,000 No-Essay Scholarship Sweepstakes, Sallie Mae also manages the Bridging the Dream Scholarship in partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. The Bridging the Dream Scholarship Program will award up to $400K in scholarships to 40 high school seniors and $100K in scholarships to 10 graduate students.
