December 15 is the final deadline to apply for the AISES Internship Program, which has open positions at the Bonneville Power Administration, the Natural Resources Conservation Service, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
The American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) states that the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is seeking energy efficiency interns and a fish and wildlife intern.
These positions require working 40 hours a week for 10 weeks.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service Laboratory is offering engineering and marketing-focused internships.
The application review process for the AISES Internship Program will take place from December to March 2025.
Interns will be selected by April 15, 2025. The summer internship will run from June to August.
According to AISES, applicants must be AISES members and provide verification of tribal or Native enrollment, as well as verification of enrollment at an academic institution. Applications must include a resume, cover letter, recommendation letter, and transcript.
