Hundreds of students and professionals in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields are expected to attend the fifth annual AISES in Canada National Gathering. According to the American Indian Science and Engineering Society, attendees will enjoy speeches by keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and research poster presentations. The deadline to submit proposals is January 15.
The National Gathering, which also offers morning blessings and traditional local food, takes place March 4-6 in Vancouver, Canada. Learn more about AISES in Canada here.

American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian students are invited to participate in one of two NAISEF divisions: the Senior Division for grades 9-12 and the Junior Division for grades 5-8. AISES will award prizes to the winners of each division.
Additionally, the Grand Award winners for the Senior Division will receive a chance to participate in the International Science and Engineering Fair from May 8-13. NAISEF is looking for volunteers to assist with onsite logistics, judging, and more.
