CCG is proud to welcome Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) to the Stem City USA Platform. They will be kicking off with a virtual hiring event with AFWERX, which will take place in the Educational Discovery Center.

The event will provide attendees with an opportunity to interview with AFRL from March 14-18. Attendees are invited to choose from four sectors including contracting, financial management, science and engineering, and project management outreach. This partnership is part of CCG’s ongoing effort to bring people into the metaverse, a combination of multiple elements of technology, including virtual reality, augmented reality, and video where users “live” within a digital universe.

“CCG wants to provide as many opportunities for employment as possible to our audience. I’m confident that this partnership will be a fantastic addition to our efforts,” Dr. Tyrone Taborn, CEO of Career Communications Group, said.

STEM City is a platform that helps promote the growth and flourishment of underrepresented communities by providing opportunities to network and receive information which is essential to the advancement of our society. This platform will serve as a medium to provide healthy living tips and advice to attendees during our events on the platform and beyond.
