Texas State University announced that the fall 2024 semester will start on August 26.
Prior, Welcome Week events were held from August 21 to 24 to introduce new students to campus life.
Graduation weekend began on August 2, culminating in Summer Commencement on August 3.
All ceremonies were live-streamed on YouTube.
The Summer Commencement ceremonies started at 10 am local time with the College of Fine Arts and Communication, College of Education, College of Health Professions, and the Graduate College.
The ceremonies resumed at 2 pm with the College of Liberal Arts and Science and Engineering. Finally, the last commencement ceremony began at 6 pm with the McCoy College of Business, the College of Applied Arts, and the Graduate College.
