Texas A&M University at Kingsville has announced that the Spring Commencement will be live streamed on graduation day. The staff of the Radio/television Unit at Texas A&M University-Kingsville are expected to produce a video of the commencement on May 17. Times for the three ceremonies are 10:00 am for Agriculture and Human Sciences, and Education and Human Performance; 1:00 pm for Arts and Sciences, and Business Administration; and 4:00 pm for Engineering.
Last May, more than 1,150 graduates crossed the stage to receive degrees during commencement held at Texas A&M University at Kingsville.
Graduates from the Frank H. Dotterweich College of Engineering received their degrees at 4 p.m, and Dr. Sung-won Park, an electrical engineering professor, spoke at the 4 p.m. ceremony.
Ruben A. Martinez, president of the Student Government Association, presented the Distinguished Student Awards, and Rick Garza, president of the Javelina Alumni Association, brought a welcome on behalf of the association during the 2018 spring commencement.
