College students can now apply for the fall 2023 session of the HACU National Internship Program, as announced by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) on Twitter. The program will run from Sept. 4 to Dec. 16, and the deadline for online applications is July 7.
HACU recently held a virtual farewell ceremony in April for the 2023 spring interns who participated in the National Internship Program. The interns, consisting of undergraduate and graduate students, completed 15-week internships with federal agencies.
During the ceremony, Amelia Torres (USDA), Victoria Macali (SEC), Leah Bland (BEP), and Alex Gutierrez (SEC) shared their experiences and gave presentations. The keynote speaker was Javier E. Inclán, who serves as the assistant inspector general for management and CIO of the National Science Foundation’s Office of Inspector.
Applications for paid internship positions within the following agencies are being accepted:
