Inaugural Latino Education Summit to be held in San Bernardino
The first-ever Latino Education and Advocacy Day summit "A Day of Courageous Conversations" will be held Monday, March 29 at Cal State San Bernardino. Several keynote speakers will present a variety of topics at the all-day summit, such as Juan Sepulveda, director of the White House Initiative on Educational Excellence for Hispanic Americans; Dolores Huerta, president of the Dolores Huerta Foundation and co-founder of United Farm Workers; and civil rights activist Sylvia Mendez.

NASA Supports Univision Hispanic Education Campaign, Plans Ongoing Partnership
NASA is working with Univision Communications Inc. to develop a partnership in support of the Spanish-language media outlet's initiative to improve high school graduation rates, prepare Hispanic students for college, and encourage them to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, or STEM, disciplines.

NASA Awards Alabama Contract Modification for Engineering Technicians and Trades Support Services
NASA has signed a contract modification worth approximately $40 million with InfoPro Corporation of Huntsville, Ala., for the continuation of engineering technicians and trades support services to NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center. This includes up to $7.9 million for mission services and $32.2 million for additional support services.
