The Hispanic Federation, the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, and the Healthy Americas Foundation have announced that a health and wellness fair will take place this weekend in Orlando, Florida.

Families attending the event can look forward to a fun day filled with live music, physical activities, free health screenings, and referrals to community health services.

Attendees will also be able to sign up with the All of Us Research Program, a historic National Institutes of Health initiative aimed at gathering data from one million or more people living in the U.S. to accelerate research and improve health outcomes.

Healthcare organizations working in partnership we are committed to working together to ensure equitable access to health services.

Laudi Campo, state director of the Hispanic Federation in Florida, said many volunteers have helped put together a promising event that will provide access to health screenings, and share valuable information on health and well-being.

Dr. Jane Delgado, president and CEO of the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, said the nation’s leading Hispanic health advocacy group was proud to support participants in this local health fair.

“We’re committed to advancing health equity through promoting primary healthcare, diagnostic screenings, workforce training for the healthcare sector, and capital loan support for community clinics,” said Dave Pacitti, president of Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc.; Head of the Americas for Siemens Healthineers; and member of the Siemens Foundation Board of Directors.

“We are thrilled to support ¡Vive tu vida! Get Up! Get Moving! in the city of Orlando,” concluded David Etzwiler, CEO of the Siemens Foundation.
