The Dr. Juan Andrade Jr. Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders and the Rumba Meats Scholarship are both due by November 30, 2023.

The United States Hispanic Leadership Institute is currently accepting applications for the 2023-2024 Dr. Juan Andrade, Jr. – Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders.

To apply, you’ll need to submit an online application including prepared essays, correct contact information for references, a resume and transcript in PDF format, a recent photograph of yourself in business attire in jpg or png format, and information for the college financial aid office contact person for scholarship disbursement.

To be eligible, you must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time undergraduate at an accredited school, demonstrate a need for financial support, and have at least one parent of Hispanic descent.

Both DACA recipients and undocumented immigrants are welcome to apply.

The Dr. Juan Andrade Jr. Scholarship for Young Hispanic Leaders is intended to recognize and support students who share Dr. Andrade’s commitment to servant leadership.

In addition, the Rumba Meats Scholarship for the year 2024 has also been launched by USHLI in collaboration with Rumba Meats. The application deadline is also November 30, 2023.

This scholarship offers an excellent opportunity to empower and support Hispanic students in their educational journey.
