Earlier this year, as part of its drive for financial education and inclusion, Fidelity Investments announced a $250 million commitment that will provide access to education and support for up to 50,000 historically underserved students through the launch of its Invest in My Education (ME) program.

The social impact initiative is the latest step in Fidelity’s ongoing commitment to historically underserved communities. In tandem, the firm is continuing to strengthen its commitment to diversity and inclusion at every level within its organization.

This week, Fidelity Investments held a table talk at the North Kentucky College of Arts and Sciences. During the session, the financial services corporation took questions on careers and internship opportunities.

According to Florida State University’s College of Business, Fidelity’s Aspire Fellowship is “where you have meaningful work experience and exposure to Fidelity’s culture,” one tweet read.

Aspire is a company-wide employee resource group (ERG) focused on the professional and personal experiences of Latinx and Black Fidelity associates.

Open to all interested employees, the Aspire ERG advances the professional development of our members, building bridges that lead to sustainable skills, productive networks, and the motivation to maximize the value they deliver to Fidelity, our customers, and the community.

The Aspire Fellowship is a 10-week internship program for rising juniors and seniors identifying as Black, Latinx, and Native American. As an Aspire Fellow, you will have opportunities to work on strategic initiatives, professional and leadership development, and mentoring opportunities in partnership with the Aspire ERG.

The Aspire Fellowship program is open to Rising juniors (2024) and seniors (2023) pursuing a bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, marketing, communications, or a related subject area.
