HACU urges first-generation college students to apply for STEAM scholarship

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities (HACU) is partnering with KIA Motors America, Inc. to award scholarships to full-time undergraduate or graduate students attending a two-year or four-year HACU member institution. The KIA Motors America, Inc. Scholarship awards up to $3,400, and the following majors are encouraged to apply:

Sciences – Biology, Chemistry, Pre-Medicine, Physics, Applied Sciences, Material Sciences
Technology – Aeronautics, Automotive Sciences, Computer Sciences, Mechanical Sciences, Technical/Vocational Majors (involving machines, computers, technologies)
Engineering – All engineering fields (Applied, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical)
Arts – Design, Graphics, Architecture, Fashion, Fine Arts, Studio Arts, Motion Pictures/Television, Entertainment Art
Math – Math, Applied Math, Statistics

The application deadline is December 3. First-generation college students are encouraged to apply, and you must be currently enrolled at a HACU-Member school. Click here for more information.
