While growing up in a small border town, Andrea Romeros developed a love of airplanes. Before moving to Boeing’s global services in Plano, Texas, she participated in the company’s business leadership development rotation program.
Andrea earned an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
Currently, she is a supply chain strategy and integration specialist within Boeing Global Services. In this role, she partners with her team members to align operations with Boeing’s supply chain model.
Previously, she was instrumental in the stand-up of a component repair business and led projects to grow revenue on Boeing’s Mergers & Acquisitions team. Andrea has played a critical role in leveraging best practices across the supply chain portfolio of acquired companies and joint ventures.
She is committed to advancing the aviation industry and has consistently chosen challenging roles to make a difference in Boeing. Click here to read more about award-winning women in STEM in Hispanic Engineer magazine.
