Bianca Sias is an enterprise transformation coach in the global technology infrastructure department at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Recently, she was recognized by the consumer and community banking line of business for the work she is doing to help drive the technology organization forward.
Bianca is responsible for being a disruptor for good and a connector to more than 7,000 technologists. She is active in Adelante, an employee resource group (ERG) that promotes professional development and leadership opportunities for Hispanic/Latino employees. Bianca is also active with the Black Organization for Leadership Development and other ERGs.
‘Make it Better’ is Bianca’s life motto—inspired by her parents, who she describes as “patiently forgiving toward an abundantly curious child and young adult.”
Bianca earned a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in technical communication at Texas Tech University and is a member of the Society for Technical Communicators.
When not working at JPMorgan Chase, she serves as PTA president, coaches children in volleyball, softball, and basketball, tends to a tomato and herb garden, flexes her knowledge as a novice oenophile (wine lover), and enjoys running.
