40 Under Forty: David R. Perez

As Vice President of Work Management & New Business at ComEd, an Exelon company, David R. Perez, who has more than 14 years experience in the energy industry, is responsible for the company's Work Management team and New Business group.

Prior to being appointed to his current position, he held several managerial positions within the company in the areas of construction, maintenance, operations and technical investigations.

In 2006, Perez was selected by the editors of Crain’s Chicago Business for its prestigious annual “40 Under 40” list. In 2007, he became a Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago, a civic training organization dedicated to exposing area executives to local challenges and helping to provide them with the skills needed to make a difference in the community.
