Forty Under 40: Michael Leiblie

Michael Leiblie, a Project Manager for Dell Perot Systems, manages the CDC ITSO Service Desk, which supports over 14,000 users nationwide and internationally.

He also manages the hardware warehouse/logistics team, the Peregrine programming team, the desktop team providing all updates for Windows, SMS, SMS reporting, and ghost images; the local LAN support for telephony, network, server and desktop; IT and budget reporting; and the program management and technical writers group.

Leiblie, who has 14 years of progressively responsible IT and project management experience, is responsible for attaining 50 stringent ITSO Service Level Agreements. To date, all 50 SLAs have been met or exceeded. Leiblie successfully leads a large team of geographically dispersed technical personnel, who consistently perform successfully in a highly demanding environment.
