Monique Delmar is a Systems Engineer--Wireless Applications for Northrop Grumman. Delmar began her tenure with Northrop Grumman in the Aerospace Systems sector as a Flight Test Engineer.

During her four years there, she worked in systems integration and test for the EA-18G aircraft, testing and validating the code developed for the electronic attack subsystem while taking nighttime and weekend classes at Polytechnic University, completing a master's degree in computer science.

In 2008, Delmar joined the New York City Wireless (NYCWiN) project in Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems Sector.

Delmar is the SHPE-NYC marketing and public relations vice president of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers New York City Professional Chapter, an organization committed to promoting the success of Hispanics in STEM fields.
