Marķa Castillo, a Mechanical Technical Professional at Halliburton, solves issues detected by field engineers and technical services. In this capacity, she tests and analyzes tools for preventive maintenance and design modifications.

In her short time at Halliburton, Castillo has successfully managed overall quality assurance for U.S. and International sourcing, down hole tool designs and improvements, and resolved field-related issues that would otherwise result in lost time.

Castillo belongs to several organizations, such as the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers, American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers among others.
