Delicio De Santana is a Senior Project Engineer at ConocoPhillips. He has 10 years of industry experience with roles such as facilities design, drilling engineering, R&D, economic assessment and project management.
During his tenure with the company, among his many roles, De Santana has created oilfield development schemes including cost estimates and schedules, by networking and interfacing with subsurface, drilling, operations, procurement and co-ventures. He also delivered development concept options/framing, cost and schedule ranges, project risking, and support the transition of projects into the AFD phase.
De Santana earned an MSs in Management (Financial Management) from the University of Bath.
