As a project Manager at Aflac, Luis Martinez is responsible for managing medium to large scale projects that typically average between $300,000 and $1 million in size and include approximately fifteen team members.
In his previous position he mapped current business processes to provide a foundation for defining business activities. With minimal guidance and supervision he used business process maps to develop procedures, models, and future state process diagrams.
Martinez has also assisted other business consultants and contractors with system reviews and documentation in order to expedite overall current state process overview. He assisted them heavily in documenting different artifacts for various projects. He received the company's Outstanding Achievement Award in 2003, for work on all projects.
