George Elias is a Program Manager, Intergrated Electronic Warfare Systems, at ITT Electronic Systems. He is responsible for cost, scheduling, risk assessment and quality control over all aspects of the program.
Elias has led multiple committees to create systems engineering processes for measurement, engineering tradeoffs, and requirements engineering. He was instrumental in introducing the use of SysML (Systems Modeling Language) for the design of Electronic Warfare Systems at ITT Electronic Systems. Elias leads over 400 employees and is responsible for annual sales greater than $100 million.
Elias earned a certificate in project management and a master's degree in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology, where he is currently pursuing a doctorate in systems egineering. He is a co-founder of ERASE (End Racism And Sexism Everywhere).
